Remote Pilot Multirotor Training Up To 7kg

Course Overview: This course is designed for individuals seeking their initial Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) for multirotor drones up to 25kg, issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Delivery Method: Standard Format: 5 consecutive days, in-person theory and practical training at a FlyIQ training centre. Custom Group Bookings: Available for three or more students at your location. Learning Outcomes: Graduates will be able to: ✅ Demonstrate theoretical and practical competencies in accordance with CASA Part 101 MOS ✅ Understand aeronautical radio operations and meet ARO Certificate requirements ✅ Operate multirotor RPAs safely, legally, and competently in Australian airspace Course Content: Basic aeronautical knowledge for RPAS Airspace classifications, aeronautical charts & publications Meteorology and weather theory for RPA operations RPAS electrical, electronic & control systems Human performance and limitations RPAS operations & standard procedures Air law and operational rules for drones Automated flight systems and flight planning Multirotor flight theory and operational characteristics Aeronautical Radio operation and communication standards Assessments CASA-approved multiple-choice theory exams for: • Remote Pilot Licence • Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC) Practical competency training & flight test (CASA Part 101 MOS) Verbal assessment covering Air Law and RPA-type knowledge Entry Requirements: Students must be 16 years or older. Valid photo ID is required on the first day. Students must demonstrate General English Language Proficiency (GELP) as required by CASA Part 101 Manual of Standards (MOS). This includes the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to a level that ensures safe and effective participation in aviation activities. Where required, students may be asked to provide evidence of English language proficiency (e.g. previous training in English, formal qualifications, or a signed GELP declaration). Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Remote Pilot Licence Course 1. Booking Confirmation A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the course start date. For group or corporate bookings, alternate arrangements may be agreed upon in writing. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 admin fee. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or partial attendance. 4. Transfers and Rescheduling Students may request to transfer to another course date with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. One transfer is permitted free of charge. Additional transfers may incur a $50 admin fee. 5. Course Cancellations by Us We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient numbers, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future course. 6. Minimum Numbers Courses require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed. We will confirm course status 7 days prior to commencement. 7. Student Requirements Students must be 16 years or older. Photo ID is required on the first day. Students must have adequate English language skills to complete theory and practical components. 8. Code of Conduct Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course with no refund.
