Operate Beyond the Basics – EVLOS Done Right
Our EVLOS training course is designed for commercial drone operators looking to extend their operational range while staying within CASA regulations. EVLOS allows you to fly your RPA beyond your direct line of sight by using a trained visual observer, unlocking greater range for missions such as power line inspection, corridor mapping, environmental monitoring, and search & rescue.
We’re not just trainers; we’re operational pilots with EVLOS experience in real-world missions. We’ll teach you what the rules say, but more importantly, how to apply them safely and practically in the field.
What EVLOS Authorisation Allows You to Do
-
Legally operate your RPA beyond your direct line of sight, up to the limits of observer visibility
-
Extend your mission range (depending on terrain and observer layout)
-
Use trained observers to maintain aircraft visual contact
-
Perform longer corridor inspections without repositioning
-
Meet CASA requirements for EVLOS operations under a ReOC
